- A valid credit / debit card is required
to guarantee your reservation
- Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior
to date of travel
- Cheque or transfer payments cannot be accepted
less than 14 days prior to travel other than by prior agreement
- Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations and alterations must be
advised by telephone
- Less than 72 hours prior to time of travel
- full payment due
- Less than 14 days prior to date of travel

- Chauffeur drive transfers - 20%
- Touring & sightseeing services - 50%
- Over 14 days prior to date of travel - 5%
credit card charges if applicable
- Reservations may be altered with reasonable
notice.
- At the company's absolute discretion cancellation
charges may be applied as credit against future reservations.
- Waiting time. Up to 1 hour on airport collections
and 90 minutes on seaport collections included in the price. Other
waiting is chargeable at minimum £7.20 per 15 minutes or
part thereof except by prior arrangement.
- Surcharges will apply on public holidays.
- The company will undertake to provide service
as agreed but cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond it's
control which may prevent it from doing so, such as flight changes,
traffic congestion, security operations, hazardous weather conditions
etc.
- Vehicles and passengers are fully insured as required
by U.K. law.
- Smoking is not permitted in the company's vehicles
at any time.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service
to anyone whose behaviour it considers to be inappropriate and/or
of a threatening nature and/or persons who are under the influence
of alchohol or drugs. Under such circumstances no monies will
be refunded.
- The above does not affect your statutory rights
